Starting his career in clinical science, Creme honed his expertise in medical diagnostics, quality assurance, and hospital systems while working in top-tier hospitals in the UK. Over the years, Creme transitioned from clinical settings to high-impact director roles in research and development, where he led teams on projects that integrated real-world evidence, biostatistics, and epidemiology into healthcare decision-making. Creme also acts as an advisor to the Canadian Drug Agency and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Manchester and the University of Leicester.

Mr. Mah is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has nearly 8 years of experience in auditing and public accountancy, having been an associate and subsequently a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the global audit and assurance, tax, deals and consulting firm from September 2015 to January 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting, from the University of Calgary and a CPA designation in Alberta, Canada.

Mr. Stadnyk is a public company executive with over 15 years of experience across the healthcare, wellness, technology, cannabis, and private equity sectors. He has held senior leadership and capital markets roles, including Head of Corporate Finance at The Supreme Cannabis Company and as founder of DC Acquisition Corp., a TSXV-listed capital pool company that completed a qualifying acquisition in the consumer wellness sector. Mr. Stadnyk has also served as Head of Life Sciences at the TSX and TSXV, where he worked with more than 140 listed issuers supporting public listings and capital markets activity. In addition, he has held executive and board roles with publicly listed companies, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of Love Pharma Inc. and as a director of Health Logic. Mr. Stadnyk holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University and brings experience in corporate finance, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and public market governance.

Mr. Bensler is a financial professional and analyst with over 7 years of experience advising private businesses and publicly traded companies in the United States and Canada. He has held investor relations, capital markets, and investment banking roles, including serving as an investor relations manager at Kin Communications Inc., where he represented publicly listed companies across multiple sectors and supported capital raising and market positioning initiatives. Mr. Bensler later served as a Senior Associate at Evans & Evans, a Canadian boutique investment banking firm, where he led valuations and going-public transactions and worked closely with regulators, auditors, boards, and executive management. He has served as a director of several publicly listed companies, including Qualigen Therapeutics Inc., Onco-Innovations Limited, and Health Logic Interactive Inc.
